Gilbert N. Taylor, President & CEO of IEME International, Inc. and the companies Lead Instructor -Coordinator has been a Firefighter Paramedic for over 20 years.Gilbert is credited as being the sole IEME Founder. He began his EMS career in 1985 and has advanced from the EMT-Ambulance level trough to an EMT-Intermediate and is currently a Massachusetts and National Registered Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic. Gilbert has worked in a variety of EMS environments over the years, and is currently still serving as a dual role/crossed trained Fire Fighter/Paramedic and Fire Investigator.
Gilbert has many instructor credentials from various organizations, which includes, but not limited too, the Massachusetts Instructor/Coordinator designation, CPR/ACLS/PALS Instructor, CPR Instructor/Trainer, Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings and other highly specialized programs . Gilbert also holds several advanced ratings as a public safety diver and technical rescue technician. In addition to his administrative duties, Gilbert still actively teaches many IEME programs and is the IEME Technical Rescue Team Leader.
Christopher G. Santos - FF/NREMT-P-VP of Industrial Operations
Christopher Santos runs the Northeast Division, a sister company of IEME International, Inc. as well as the Force Training Division. Christopher is a FIrefighter / Paramedic with over 8 years as a Professional Firefighter and over 15 Years in EMS, 7 Years of that as a Paramedic. Christopher has worked in a variety of EMS environments over the years, and is currently still serving as a dual role/crossed trained Fire Fighter/Paramedic. As well as working professionally in the Fire Service, Chris is a Lead Instructor /Developer, for IEME.
His Instructor Credentials include,Tactical Medic Instructor,Paramedic and Intermediate Instructor, Water Rescue Instructor, High Angle Rescue Instructor, Certified Instructor for AHA in ACLS, PALS, and CPR, HAZWOPER Instructor, Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings Instructor and other highly specialized programs. In addition to his administrative duties, Christopher still serves as a staff instructor that specializes in OSHA and Industrial Contracts and as the Assistant Team Leader for IEME’s Tech Rescue Team.
Scott Rehm - Force Training Division Lead Instructor
Scott Rehm who is a certified Force on Force Instructor with the Krav Maga Force Training Division (KMFTD)has disciplines other than Krave Maga but also is cross trained in Muay Thai as well as being a professional MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) fighter and trainer. Some of his backgrounds include the Military and Government agencies,such as the D.E.A. I.C.E, United Secret Service and the F.B.I. to name a few.
Scott trains with some of the best in the MMA. Names like Mark DellaGrotte of Sityodtong and Kenny Florian of Florian Martial Arts Center in Brookline, MA. Currently Scott is training for an upcoming fight in September.

Dr. M. John Mendelsohn, MD, FAAEM, - IEME Medical Director
John is an Emergency Room Physician. In addition, John has specialized in Clinical Toxicology and has been published in several books and articles on the subject. He has served as a Faculty Instructor & Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Allegheny University of the Health Sciences MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine; as well as serving as a Lecturer at many conferences and Grand Rounds. In addition to his many professional affiliations, John is also a recipient of the Doreen Harris Memorial Award for Medical Excellence from the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
